I started some work on volume of cubic solids, but haven’t gotten back to finishing it.

At some point I would like to do a whole series of worksheets on units conversions, including measures of liquid volume. I haven’t started this yet, but will keep your interest for this in mind…

I am a Special Education teacher (3rd, 4th, and 5th grade). i came across your site while searching for some Math helps for my students. Absolutely love it. Have shared it with several teachers. I was windering is you have any plans for adding anything on liquid volume.

Hi…

Thank you so much for these wonderful work. Your site was recommended to me by my son’s teacher. The timed tests are great. My son is smart, but he likes taking time to do EVERYTHING. The timed tests have helped me to practice with him every night. I’ve seen immediate results after three nights practicing with him. He is still not quite there, but definitely improves from his first test.

Thanks for mentioning the site in your talk!

Printing HTML is a pain at times… I originally had most of the worksheets printing on a single page here, but when I switched computers I started picking up some multiple-page prints here as well so I know this is an issue. I’ll make a pass back through and resize the banner notice at the bottom of the page as this should cut many pages down by a little bit, but this in general could use some cleanup.

Meanwhile, there’s some things you can do on your end to help assure you get a single page worksheet out. If you configure your browser so that it doesn’t print the header/footer information, that will save a lot of space on the page (and it really makes for a nicer worksheet for the kids.) In Internet Explorer, you can use the ‘Page Setup’ in the ‘File’ menu to configure this… Just change all the settings under ‘Headers and Footers’ to values of ‘Empty’. You can also configure the page margins here to smaller values if you printer supports it. If you are using Mozilla FireFox, most of these settings show up in the print that appears right after choosing to print a page.

i teach adult education in chicago, il. i will be presenting a “math resources on the internet” at workshop on fri., dec 4, 2009. i am planning on including your website. the audience will be adult educators located in the northern illinois district.

i can’t figure out how to make the worksheets print on 1 page,some do and some don’t.

would be helpful if you would forward some info so i can include it in the workshop.
